We want to make every element of your BE Vegan experience special. Your order is exclusively handcrafted for you. Hence, once placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason. Please read our replacement policy given below: Only goods if are at the time of delivery to you are damaged only then the same will be replaced. Replacement: If the goods are damaged during transit, the User can send photographs of the goods at help@beveganskincare.com Replacement shall be of products which are unopened. Damages caused to the goods on account of negligence, improper usage or wrong application on the part of the customer will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted. Please allow one to three weeks from the day of your replacement request to be processed. You will be contacted once your replacement is complete. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale. Our products are as fresh as food. We advise a shelf life of 3 years from the time your individual treat was made. And there are few products too which have 1 year & 2year shelf life. For the same we advise to see the product MFG & Shelf Life written on the product.

Essential oils are potent and offer the skin impressive benefits. As with all medicine, proper usage is important. We recommend doing a patch test inside your elbow (not face) & wait for 20 minutes. If there’s any reaction like redness or itching then please do not use the product.
